IFS Basics 3: Synthesis | Fall 2025

Service Description

Courses meet for 7 sessions over 9 weeks. The current calendar is a close estimate of the start and end dates. Exact dates will be confirmed closer to each course time. All class sessions will be recorded and sent to you if you miss a class but please do not register if you cannot attend our first class session. And please do your best to attend all sessions. This keeps the group most cohesive, consistent, and safe for all. To register, please provide a non-refundable deposit of $99. The remainder will be due during our first session. ------ In this class we put the content of IFS Basics One and Basics Two into practice. Whether your intention is to use the model as a backdrop to your current work or as the main protocol for client healing, nothing helps the work like practice.  So this class is devoted entirely to practicing the model. In weeks 1, 3, 5, and 7 we will practice as a group breaking out into pair work and/or watching demos. During weeks 2, 4, and 6, you will be working in triads, practicing the model together during our scheduled class time. You will be the client and the facilitator several times during the course, and often with peers observing your work.  A little scary, sometimes challenging, but still IFS with Rennie! Compassionate environment gently working together in a safe space.
