Service Description

Seven-Week Small Group. Meets via Zoom - limit 8 $449 - seven two-hour sessions including a downloadable workbook & resource guide, plus optional drop-in office hours. In this class we synthesize the concepts explored in Basics One and Two. We practice together moving through the entire arc of the IFS model in support of our own inner growth and healing. This is a course about doing your own work in a personal, real, and transformative way. There will be examples, demonstration, discussion, exercises, plus lots of space for safe connected reflection with wonderful colleagues. You have already learned what the protective system is, how it works, and have begun to spot your own protectors (Basics 1). You also now understand the concept of exiles and you've begun the process of caring for and even unburdening them (Basics 2). Now, we put it all together. What do you do in a moment of activation? How do you move from reactive parts in the lead, to true understanding of and capacity to bring loving healing attention to your own system? How, in fact, do you do your own deep inner work? What resources can help? Why do you get stuck and what could you do next? In this course, You'll get lots of practice. Identifying clusters of parts and whole subsystems at work with whatever recently activated you. You'll get lots of practice identifying more of your own protective parts and connecting with the exiles they protect. It’s invaluable to do this in a small group, because you also learn so much from what you colleagues share about their systems. It’s gratifying to see so many similar parts. It’s enlivening to encourage each other and feel into the profound ways we’re all connected. Please note that these times are in local time (Central).
