IFS Basics 2: Exile Repair & Healing

Service Description

Here is the second course in the three-part IFS Basics series for beginners. Learning to work with wounded exiles is not to be undertaken lightly. Courage and compassion are needed in equal measure to repair, rescue, unburden and heal fragile, often traumatized, parts of our system, parts we don't always even know are there. This work is magical and can be fraught with some risk. If you try to work with an exile before your system is steady, ready, and anchored in Self, there can be challenging emotional backlash. This is why we go tenderly toward this second tier of the model. Working gently, I can help you begin to develop the skills and capacities needed to work in healthy safe ways with exiles.
